The Role

This is a critical, full-time, long-term leadership position. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the owner's right hand, responsible for leading our committed team and steering all aspects of the restaurant. You will oversee all daily operations, from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring every plate we serve and every guest interaction reflects our uncompromising standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead all recruitment, hiring, and training, with a focus on building and retaining a stable, professional, and long-term team.

    • Mentor, motivate, and develop staff, fostering a positive, respectful, and high-performance work environment.

    • Establish and uphold clear standards of service, quality, and professionalism.

  • Operations Management:

    • Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service flow and operational efficiency.

    • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships, with a sharp focus on our ingredient-quality standards.

    • Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

  • Quality & Guest Experience:

    • Act as the primary guardian of our ingredient-driven philosophy, ensuring no compromises on quality.

    • Drive a culture of exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

    • Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and grace.

  • Financial & Administrative:

    • Manage the restaurant's P&L, budget, and financial performance.

    • Control operational costs, including food, beverage, and labor, to maximize profitability.

    • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

Who You Are

  • An Experienced Leader: You have proven experience (3+ years) as a Restaurant Manager (or similar leadership role), preferably in a high-quality, chef-driven, or ingredient-focused environment.

  • A Natural Team Builder: You have a strong track record of hiring, training, and retaining great people. You lead by example and understand how to build a stable, motivated team.

  • Resilient & Hands-On: You are a problem-solver who stays calm under pressure. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and be heavily involved in all aspects of the operation.

  • Passionate About Quality: You have a genuine passion for high-quality food, ingredients, and hospitality. You understand why sourcing the best matters.
